The office of secretariat establishes the institutional research and development center, Section I and Section II and Alumni Services Section, consisting of several members at present. Under the direction of the secretary general and is responsible for any business relevant to the secretariat office, supports teaching and administrative affairs at NPTU, aims at building a harmonious and smooth working environment throughout the entire university and strives for effective administration through sound communication and collaboration among each department.
